All campaigns run for 30 days. We monitor every listing throughout, capture timestamped evidence on day one and day 30, and handle any changes that arise during the campaign at no additional cost.

We manually review every application

Every CV received during the campaign is reviewed by a person. For Premium campaigns, we document shortlisting outcomes and produce written rejection reasoning for each applicant not progressed.

We deliver a signed compliance declaration

Every campaign closes with a signed Fulcrum LMT Compliance Declaration. This is a named, third-party document produced for your nomination — not a downloaded system report. Delivered within 24 hours of campaign close.
